Client approached us about their mixing elements and casings being manufactured by local injection molding company.
Goal was to supply 2D drawings with dimensions specified for production inspection documents.
Our firm began by creating 3D models for their existing products.
The newly created 3D models were imported into a standard drawing template for the detailed model based drawings. We applied proper scaling, bilateral & limit dimensions, part and manufacturing critical inspection callouts, and appropriate part properties.
We now control & manage the inspection documents, advise on & create new product design, and collaborate with tooling manufacturers mold construction and/or modification.
